- December 4th, 2017: Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee passes resolution for Toronto to adopt the Dynamic Symbol.
- November 27: The Forward Movement painted the Dynamic Symbol of Access over the accessible parking spots at the Abilities Centre.
- October 26th, 2017: Hamilton City Council Votes to Adopt the Dynamic Symbol of Access.
- October 17: The Forward Movement presented to Ontario's Accessibility Standards Advisory Council.
- September 15: The Forward Movement paints the Dynamic Symbol of Access over the accessible parking spots at Variety Village.
- Fall 2017: The Forward Movement is invited to present our campaign to the Provincial Minister for Accessibility (Tracy MacCharles) and her Accessibility Standards Advisory Council.
- September 12, 2017: Hamilton's Advisory Committee for Persons with a Disability unanimously passed a motion to recommend Hamilton City Council Adopts the Dynamic Symbol and Endorses The Forward Movement.
- September 7, 2017 : City of Kingston's Accessibility Advisory Committee assigned a project team to explore Kingston City Council's position on The Forward Movement.
- August 17, 2017: The Forward Movement was joined by their supporters to paint the Dynamic Symbol over the Accessible Parking spots at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.
- July 26, 2017: The Forward Movement meets with a federal Member of Parliament to discuss taking our efforts national.
- July 23, 2017: In conjunction with Hand Over Hand, The Forward Movement held a community ramp build & paint at the Unionville Exotic Car Show for businesses in the area.
- July 21, 2017: Co-founders, Dylan and Jonathan, spoke to 200 people at Creative Mornings on how symbols can contribute to the equality and inclusion of persons with a disability.
- June 2017: The City of Stratford Adopts the Dynamic Symbol.
- May 30, 2017: MPP Bill Walker Tables Resolution calling province to adopt a new symbol for access. See media conference.
- May 2, 2017: MPP Bill Walker commits to our campaign at Queen's Park.
- April 22, 2017: The Forward Movement holds a successful launch party. Keynote speakers include Gold Medal Paralympian Paul Rosen, StopGap Foundation founder Luke Anderson, and Member of Provincial Parliament Bill Walker.
